The horseradish sauce can be considered, with good reason, the sauce ... good with everything. With a strong, but fragrant taste, horseradish sauce is a delight alongside steaks, beetroot, vegetables or even in sandwiches or soups. Here is a simple and fast recipe that you can prepare at any time of the year!
5 tablespoons of shaved horseradish
4 tablespoons fat cream
2 cups of vegetable soup or poultry
1 tablespoon flour
Method of preparation
Mix flour with cream in a pot and add the freshly grated horseradish and, finally, the soup. Put the pot on fire and allow the sauce to boil and thicken a little. Before 1 minute to put out the fire, add lemon juice, sugar and salt, to taste.
Allow to cool and serve either hot or cold from the refrigerator.
