Vegetable soup with flour paste is a consistent soup, very tasty and nutritious.

1 celery root

1 pastarnac

1 white onion

1 carrot

2 potatoes

1.5 l of water

2 tablespoons oil

2 tomatoes

100 g flour


pepper (freshly ground)

Method of preparation

Clean the carrot, celery, cucumber and onion, then wash in cold water. Cut the vegetables as I chop and put them to a boil in a pot with lid.

At half the boiling time, add the cleaned and washed potatoes and the chopped tomatoes.

After boiling all the vegetables, add the pasta (cooked separately) and oil. Matches the soup, adding salt and pepper, then pour it into a saucepan.

Serve hot soup, with the green sprinkled over it.
