The pie with mushrooms and vegetables can be served both hot and cold as an appetizer.
1 package dough sheet
1 kg mushrooms
3 tablespoons chopped green parsley
3 tablespoons chopped dill
2 chopped green onions
100 g cheese
1 white onion
1/2 celery root
Method of preparation
Leave the dough to thaw, at room temperature, and in the meantime, prepare the mushroom filling.
You need to cut the mushrooms, carrots, tomatoes, onion and celery in small cubes, then heat them for a few minutes in olive oil. Add extra flavor before taking the vegetables from the heat, sprinkling with salt and pepper.
Add in this composition the grated cheese, the chopped greens and an egg, then mix everything well.
Divide the foil into two equal pieces. Place a first piece in a tray lined with baking paper, distribute the filling evenly, then cover it with the second sheet.
Grease the pie with the remaining egg.
Optionally, you can sprinkle over sesame seeds or in.
