Chocolate biscuits are very delicious and can be stored for up to two weeks in metal boxes.

250 g butter

100 g old

2 eggs

100 g cocoa

350 g flour

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

1 salt powder

1 teaspoon baking powder

200 g dark chocolate

Method of preparation

Mix the butter with the sugar until you get a foamy composition.

Add eggs and vanilla sugar one by one, then add cocoa, salt and vanilla essence.

Chop the chocolate with the help of a knife and add it to the previously prepared composition.

Put the dough in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Then make the dough biscuits, giving them the round shape, the size of a walnut.

Bake the cookies, about 20 minutes, over medium heat.
