According to experts, a serving of fruits or vegetables can be 100% juice or mousse, both products being 100% natural - their nutritional value is similar to the nutritional value of fresh fruits and vegetables. Therefore, it is recommended to have a varied menu for breakfast and to drink a glass of fruit juice or to take to work or at school a mousse rich in fiber.
